The question one must ask is why are so many coming into retirement with insufficient means? Very simply, people are failing to plan sufficiently well; in advance of their retirement. It is such a shame as a bit of forward thinking can make investing for retirement effortless. Just tucking away 500 Euros a month, for 25 years, in a solid long term investment would build a fund sufficient for most to retire on. The moral of the story? Don’t leave it too late.
